Meridian owns Iberion Holdings and governs the corporate estate — entity structure, capital, and continuity. It does not hold the technology, and it does not sell, support, or operate.
That separation is not a formality — it is what keeps the technology estate in one accountable place, and what makes it transferable, auditable, and defensible under scrutiny.
Iberion Holdings owns the technology estate — the architecture, the filings, the works of authorship, and the records that establish them — and develops, governs, and licenses them. Every commercial relationship is Iberion’s.
Meridian frames and governs; it does not absorb. Each technology below is presented on its own terms, because that is how each is owned and licensed.

Architecture decisions, commercial classification, and publication boundaries are recorded and owned. A decision that is not written down is not a decision.
Evidence
What is designed, built, validated, deployed, and production-proven are separate states. Nothing advances between them without a record, and no external statement may exceed the state on file.
Continuity
Filings, assignments, specifications, and operational history are retained so the estate survives changes of tooling, personnel, and platform.
Intellectual property
Owned by Iberion. Stated exactly.
Filing status is described precisely. What has been filed is called filed; what has been prepared is called prepared; what is held as a trade secret is not listed at all.
Provisional applications assigned to Iberion Holdings, LLC by recorded USPTO assignment. Provisional filings confer no enforceable right until a non-provisional is filed and granted.
Used as common-law marks. Applications drafted but not on file, and none registered. The ™ symbol indicates a claim, not a registration.
Software works filed with program description, architecture statement, statement of authorship, and source deposit. A further work is retained as a trade secret and deliberately excluded.

A continuing thought-leadership series issued publicly. Beyond its commercial purpose, it forms a dated public record of authorship and disclosure that stands alongside the filings in the register above.

The prospectus is Meridian's structured briefing for investors, prospective licensees, and technical reviewers. It sets out the corporate structure, the portfolio, the intellectual property register, the commercial paths, and the evidence position behind each recorded claim.
It is something Meridian offers — not what Meridian is. It is released on request and scoped to the question being asked.
